UHF Semi-Passive Temperature Logger Tag

GAO RFID Inc. recommends its UHF semi-passive temperature logger tag. This temperature logging tag is an ideal tracking solution for recording temperatures of sensitive food products and chemical/pharmaceutical products during transportation and storage.
This UHF semi-passive temperature logger tag, model 116045, is compliant to the EPC Class1 Gen 2/ISO18000-6C standards and can be used with most Gen 2 UHF RFID readers. Once programmed, the tag will monitor the temperature sensitive products and trigger an alert if the temperature falls outside of the set boundaries. It is capable of providing unique ID plus long EPC code, programming temperature thresholds and battery charge measurement through RF.
This high performance temperature logger tag operates over a frequency range of 860 MHz to 928 MHz and offers a long read range of approximately 10 m in air or 2.5 m on metal. The logger provides a large memory capacity of up to 8000 temperature samples with programmable sampling times. Its battery provides a long operating life of 3 to 5 years and its IP65 protection allows for a stable operation under harsh environments. Additionally, no calibration is required.
This UHF semi-passive temperature logger tag belongs to GAO’s family of Gen 2 EPC (UHF) RFID Tags. Featured products in this line include 860 MHz to 960 MHz UHF Gen 2 RFID Zip Tie Tag which provides incomparable precision for the tracking of high-value assets such as electronic devices, communications/ network cards or servers, 860 MHz to 960 MHz UHF RFID Jewelry Tag which is specially designed for applications including jewelry tagging, inventory management and asset tracking and 860 to 960 MHz Gen 2 UHF RFID Animal Ear Tag which enables the tracking and monitoring of a cow’s feeding, location, vaccination and health history.
