InSync offers a complete Returnable Container Track-and-Trace solution for businesses that face this challenge. The solution leverages RFID tags (passive, semi-passive, or active) for container identification and understanding its location and condition. InSync's solution adds the container's information such as contents, manufacturer, rental information and cleaning/maintenance schedules to facilitate the management processes. Each container's entry to and exit from a facility is recorded by RFID installed at dock door antennas, or antennas positioned along side receiving conveyers.
InSync's solution provides a real-time dashboard view of a containers location and movements as well as relevant events. Using the solution, process owners are always aware when a container is received, unloaded, and returned. When containers are returned to the manufacturer, they are scanned upon arrival. InSync's solution verifies the ID of the containers and is able to automate business processes based on its location and the transaction expected there. In the case of loss or damage to a container, the chain of custody can be queried to the last accountable party for resolution.
