This event is part of an ongoing collaborative effort between Boeing and Airbus to develop common part marking and radio frequency identification (RFID) requirements as a means to drive standardization within commercial aviation. During this event, Airbus and Boeing will share their firm RFID requirements and the FAA will report on its RFID policy.
