KBMS is a fully integrated system offering an innovative business management software specialized for single or multiple location construction, agricultural, material handling, and rental dealerships.
A farm and construction equipment dealership needed help in physically controlling their serial numbered inventory parked outside their building. They sell, rent, and demonstrate their equipment. The help needed consisted of controlling the movement of the equipment, asset management, and interactive paperwork. Many labor hours are spent tracking down missing equipment that has been thought to be returned or out on demo. The lost equipment and excessive labor hours create a financial burden. The lot is all around the building, crosses two state highways, crosses another public street, is 700 feet at its furthest point, and has no gates. The implementation needs to solve reduced labor, reduced physical inventory costs, and improved accountability.
