PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has conducted an investigation to identify the cause of long queues of vehicles in two RFID lanes as spread on social media platforms yesterday, 21 Feb 2022. The results of the investigation found that the congestion was caused by some customers who use RFID lanes have no balance. enough and at the same time have topped up their eWallets online at the toll lane between 8.00 am to 8.59 am which is peak time.

PLUS apologizes for the inconvenience and takes immediate steps to help customers who have problems so as not to obstruct the route of other vehicles. The public is also urged to always adhere to the SOPs when interacting with PLUS staff to ensure the safety and health of all. #KitaJagaKita.

PLUS Malaysia Berhad (PLUS) has conducted the investigation to identify the cause of the long queues at two RFID lanes as shown on a viral photo circulating on social media platforms yesterday, 21st Feb 2022. It was ascertained that there were a number of cases of drivers with insufficient balance attempting to reload their Touch 'n Go e-wallet at the RFID lanes during the peak hours between 8.00 am to 8.59 am.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused and will help guide customers to park their vehicles to a safe location away from traffic in front of the RFID lane to conduct their eWallet reload.
