Raw Material:
  • Inlays on large diameter roll, dry or wet (pressure sensitive)
  • Printed or blank pressure sensitive label stock on roll
  • Printed or blank individual top and bottom material web on roll
Functions:
  • Inspection of incoming inlays by HF universal reader with adjustable quality level, compliant to following ISO 15693
  • Option: Adhesive application on web by hot-melt nozzle
  • Register attachment of dry inlays or wet inlays (pressure sensitive) for individual repeat length of inlay and finished product formats
  • Delamination and lamination of printed or blank pressure sensitive label stock
  • Die cutting or kiss cutting of the continuous finished product web including matrix removal
  • Inspection of finished Smart laminates by HF or UHF universal reader with adjustable quality level, compliant to following ISO 15693, 14443, 18000
  • Option: Marking of non-functional Smart Labels or Smart Tickets by ink jet printer
Finished Product:
  • Continuously laminated and die cut pressure sensitive labels, matrix removed, or continuously laminated tickets, transponder products on large diameter single track rolls
  • Single cut transponder tickets, 100% tested and selected
