Process Analysis
- We'll work with you to validate the business case for RFID in support of your business processes and goals.
- We'll provide a project scope, and include recommendations for hardware configurations, including type, quantity, and placement.
Site Analysis
- We'll conduct a Spectrum Analysis to determine the presence and level of any existing RF interference (a WLAN site survey, if required, is a separately-chargeable service option).
- Through on-site testing, we'll validate the hardware recommendations from the Process Analysis.
- By tagging and reading your products, under actual conditions, we'll determine read range capabilities and needs.
Site Installation
- We'll attach fixed readers and antennas, and direct precise construction of portals, light arrays, and other equipment, according to the results of the Site Analysis.
- Before "hand over", we'll provide operational testing of the systems and devices to ensure they perform to your expectations (Go Live Support is a separately-chargeable service option).
For large implementations and on-going support, we offer a number of services—from project management, training and logistics coordination, to go-live support, service contracts and on-site preventative maintenance plans.
