Complementary to the already well known and industry proven flip chip machines for inlay production Muehlbauer launches its new converting line CL 15000 for fully automatic production of wet RFID inlays, self-adhesive RFID labels and RFID paper tickets.
The modular machine concept of the CL 15000 offers the highest flexibility for different kinds of output materials for extremely low manufacturing costs. Raw materials like face stock or liner as well as the RFID inlay material are processed directly from reels. Up to three layers can be processed at the same time. Referencing to the print marks on the material the CL 15000 precisely aligns and laminates the different layers together. After the converting process the RFID labels are tested and sorted so that finally 100% good labels are wound again onto a reel or the RFID tickets are stacked into the output stacker.
