'Ask The RFID Expert' Web Service Offered Free Of Charge
At the Financial Services Technology Consortium (www.FSTC.org) annual conference the new "Ask the RFID Expert" web-based RFID answer service was unveiled. The service went live recently on ODIN's revamped home page www.odintechnologies.com . The service provides access to the world's foremost authorities on radio frequency identification (RFID) free of charge. Users can go to the website, enter their email address and ask a question of ODIN's engineering team. Answers will be posted within 24 hours on the "Ask the RFID Expert" page or sent directly via email.
Depending on the question, ODIN's technical team may ask clarifying questions, simply post an answer or point the questioner to additional information sources. The "Ask the RFID Expert" service will answer end user RFID questions across a range of RFID technologies including passive LF, HF, UHF and 2.45 GHz as well as active solutions in the LF, UHF, 2.45 GHz and Ultra-Wideband frequencies. All questions are welcome. The solution is designed to provide end users with unbiased, fact-based feedback to a broad range of RFID inquiries.
